Salish Sea Greens – Curry
Our Curry flavor integrates vadouvan spices for a distinct, curry taste. Vadouvan is a milder, French-ified version of Indian masala curry with added aromatics such as shallots and garlic. Our mix of kelp and curry creates a complex yet classic flavor that can be used in place of traditional curry powder. We find this to go especially well with chicken and fish, as well as roasted root vegetables.
Ingredients: Garlic, Black sesame seeds, White sesame seeds, Alaria (winged kelp), Vadouvan spice (Turmeric, Salt, Onion, Dried chiles, Garlic, Shallots, Sugar, Olive oil, Natural smoke essence, Mustard), Szechuan peppercorns. Wild harvest Alaria (winged kelp) may occasionally contain tiny pebbles or shells.
