The Alderwood Smoked flavor blends our core seasoning ingredients with alderwood smoked sea salt for a bold, gourmet touch of smokiness. The sea salt was carefully cold-smoked to ensure that it retains a crystalline form and textural pop. As a saltier and more robust flavor in our line-up, this seasoning pairs wonderfully with pan-fried eggs, air-fried potato wedges, and even barbecued meats.
Ingredients: Garlic, Black sesame seeds, White sesame seeds, Alaria (Winged Kelp), Alderwood smoked sea salt, Szechuan peppercorns. Wild harvest Alaria (winged kelp) may occasionally contain tiny pebbles or shells.
