Eagle Harbor Wine Company – 2019 Goldfinch White Blend



To make the 2019 Goldfinch White Blend, the wines were pressed to juice and the Viognier placed in barrels. Inoculated in barrel with a Rhone white yeast strain. Racked off the lees and cold stabilized, before blending with Chardonnay which had been fermented in stainless steel. Filtered at bottling.

  • VINEYARDS: 50% Viognier from Cougar Crest Vineyard, Walla Walla Valley, 50% Chardonnay from Evergreen Vineyard in Ancient Lakes AVA.
  • ALCOHOL: 13.9%
