Eagle Harbor Wine Company – 2015 Condor Bordeaux Blend
Hand selected and sorted Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were fermented in our French oak vat. Aged 36 months in 25% new French oak. Blended with Merlot, also hand selected, fermented in stainless steel. Aged 36 months in French oak. Unfiltered and unfined.
