- WINEMAKING: Sangiovese fermentation in stainless steel with an Italian yeast strain. Aged in neutral French Oak for 24 months. Blended with barrels of 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon from Kiona Vineyard on Red Mountain, Merlot from Dwelley vineyards in Walla Walla, and Cabernet Franc from Kiona. All aged in 75% new French Oak for 39 months.
