    Eagle Harbor Wine Company – 2015 Condor Bordeaux Blend

    Hand selected and sorted Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were fermented in our French oak vat. Aged 36 months in 25% new French oak. Blended with Merlot, also hand selected, fermented in stainless steel. Aged 36 months in French oak. Unfiltered and unfined.

    • BLEND: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Merlot
    • VINEYARDS: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, Kiona Estate block, Red Mountain, planted 1976, 50% Merlot from Aria Vineyard, Walla Walla Valley

    Eagle Harbor Wine Company – 2016 Homme Nu Red Blend

     

    The Eagle Harbor Wine Company’s 2016 Homme Nu is a Sangiovese fermentation in stainless steel with an Italian yeast strain. Aged in neutral American Oak for 24 months. Blended with barrels of 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon from different blocks at Dwelley Farm Vineyards, and Merlot from Dwelley, aged in 75% new French Oak for 39 months.

     

    • AVA: Columbia Valley
    • BLEND: 46% Merlot 40% Cabernet Sauvignon 14% Sangiovese
    • VINEYARDS: Sangiovese from Ranch at the End of the Road Vineyard on Red Mountain. 50% of the Cabernet Sauvignon from Kiona Vineyards, Red Mountain, and 50% from Dwelley Farm Vineyards in Walla Walla Valley.
    • ALCOHOL: 15.4%

  • Goldfinch 2019 White Blend - Eagle Harbor

    Eagle Harbor Wine Company – 2019 Goldfinch White Blend

     

    To make the 2019 Goldfinch White Blend, the wines were pressed to juice and the Viognier placed in barrels. Inoculated in barrel with a Rhone white yeast strain. Racked off the lees and cold stabilized, before blending with Chardonnay which had been fermented in stainless steel. Filtered at bottling.

    • VINEYARDS: 50% Viognier from Cougar Crest Vineyard, Walla Walla Valley, 50% Chardonnay from Evergreen Vineyard in Ancient Lakes AVA.
