About Cake for Breakfast
Hi, I’m Jenny! I started Cake for Breakfast in my kitchen in January of 2021, when I was craving a sweet and comforting treat that was not going to compromise my immune system and would also leave me feeling good.
My background is in health coaching. I have been fascinated with the simple concept of food as medicine and my focus has been helping my clients improve their health through simple diet changes.
With Cake for Breakfast, I created a dessert made with minimally processed whole-food ingredients that are delicious and healthy. Something that I could give my son and feel good about it.
